This is one of my favorite Starbucks to come to!!!! You would think that an iced coffee would be an easy thing to get right, right? NOOOO half the time I order it at other Starbucks it's either too milky, not enough ice, not enough milk, or not right as far as sweetness... This is one of the few Starbucks that gets it JUST RIGHT! And it's conveniently located near Safeway and other yummy food places.

I've been to this Starbucks multiple times and it's location is most convenient for me. However, I have often found myself going out of my way just so I wouldn't have to deal with this particular location. I've been here different times through out the day and I'll tell you that no matter which time of the day/what shift is there- the service will always be terrible. Baristas are rude and catty and I understand a few mess ups on a bad day but sometimes I feel like they go overboard on what they can get wrong. The inside is messy, the service is bad, and they'll probably mess up on your drink- wouldn't recommend, but there's a Starbucks another 5 minutes away if you're down with that.

I love Starbucks, but definitely not from here! Pros Free wifi to write this review Cons Drink wasn't up to par with other establishments. Rude staff. Before I could even order the cashier says, "it's a 12 minute wait. You still want to order?" Like seriously why do you think I'm here for? However, they tell you when you receive your drink, "oh we ran out of whip cream and the topping for your order". If you knew that why didn't you say that before I paid for my drink! I could have gone somewhere else!!! Long lines! They need more staff especially during the lunch rush. 1 barista for 30 customers is ridiculous. I reccomend going elsewhere! Btw the bathroom password is 54321 in case you really need to use the restroom after drinking this stuff!

NOTHING ABOUT MY VISIT WENT RIGHT I came here on a Sunday afternoon, and I never expected my Starbucks experience to ever be this terrible. First, I was waiting in line behind a lady and she came up and asked something of the cashier and I am unsure what she asked but as she left the girl made such a dirty face to her. Then as I approached the register, I asked to redeem the summer buy five get one free card. It was past the date to earn stars but it says on the card redeemable until September. Which the cashier did not know, nor when I kindly explained to her did she feel any hint of apologetic for flat right denying me first. Then, I ordered my drink and she didn't use the code on the card, which doesn't bother me, but management if you're reading this, idk what she has been doing on the register. Next, I went to go pick up my drink, and let me tell you this redhead girl had an even more mean face going on. She slid out my drink with no smile, didn't call it out, and didn't make it right AT ALL. I ordered a cool lime refresher with green tea. There were no inclusions. The tea to lime ratio was wwwwaaaaayyyyyyy off. I get this drink often so I know. I didn't even want to bother asking to remake or correct the drink cause the whole experience has just been maddening. Management, your customer service in this store is atrocious.

I came here around 9pm an hour before they close. Everyone was so energetic and gave me some advice on what to get. I got a venti vanilla and strawberry black tea with sweeteners its pretty good. They played some chill music so i could study. I don't know about other shift but these workers are really nice i would definitely come back again if i happen to study at night.

Good customer service, the baristas are super friendly and fast, the floor is a little dirty but I can handle it. Thanks guys

This Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I ever went to. I came in today wanting something off the secret menu that I recently discovered online. I took a snap shot of the ingredients and decided to keep it so I can show it to the barista. Anyways, tried to show her the ingredients and she said with attitude " can you just tell me what the ingredients are?" I told her what they were and she gave me the dirtiest look. To be honest, I used to hang out this Starbucks a lot before they completely changed the staff. Overall, I wouldn't come back here because of the attitude and service.

Service is fast and the employees are very friendly. My drink was PERFECTLY crafted. I am a Starbucks junkie and it seems that more often than none, the drinks aren't being made as good as they should be. I appreciate the good service and the great frapp :)

My drink was a toffee nut latte and I also order a sweet green drink, the girl who made it I guess needs a hair net cause her hair was in it. I brought to her attention and she offered to make another one so I agreed. As I waiting I began to think more about her hair in the first one Started getting a little disgusted and didn't want another I just wanted my money back. She seemed not to care and treated me as if I was a lair, they where closing in 15 minutes so I didn't want to make scene and I didn't get my money back. This is usually a very clean reliable location, may just be an employee coaching opportunity. I'll come back I'll just make it clear that I want someone other than her to make my drinks

All the times I've gone here, I've always experienced great customer service and my complicated order is made perfectly. I would like to think my order is very simple, but other Starbucks stores have a hard time making it. It either comes out too sweet, too bland, or just tastes like breve. This Starbucks however, know what they are doing and will ask just to make sure they are making it correctly. Also, the barista said "have a good day, Rochelle" which was very sweet. I mean, it's very small, but it made my day. All in all, great customer service, great drinks, and great times.

  • Julie N.

Yup. Worst Starbucks I have EVER been to! I asked for my iced green tea latte shaken, but noticing she didn't write it on the cup, I reiterated it. The girl kindly explained to me that they cannot shake any drinks that have milk in it since they use the shaker for iced teas. Instead, she said they can swirl it as best they can. Apparently some places may have one or two shakers, thus being able to shake green tea lattes too. That was fine. I have had unshaken green tea lattes with soy milk before because I just simply forget to ask for it shaken. However, this time it was extra bad. Like real bad. The other (blonde) female worker never once smiled and pretty much handed me my green tea latte completely WHITE with green powder stuck to the edge of my cup. Not even properly closing the lid, so it kept dripping even after closing the lid. She knew she did a bad job too because she said "You should shake it". Wow if I wanted soy milk with matcha powder sprinkled on top, I would ask for that. Zero effort.

  • Emily V.

Workers were slow and made drinks completely out of order. They seemed to be more interested in having side conversations over making drinks for people. It's a hot day and they clearly need to keep the line moving. Bad workers overall.

  • Ron D.

For a stand alone Starbucks the service here is really slow! Best to walk across the parking and go to the one inside Safeway.

My favorite Starbucks location. I just love the setting in this one. The high table top makes me want to study there time after time. Not only that but the staff here are so friendly. The drinks here are on point. I repeat, on point. They make the best drinks I have tasted from all different locations. They just know how to make their drinks. I have tried a whole assortment of drinks and all of them tasted good. Hands down, favorite location. Cannot go wrong with this location. It may get crowded, and lines are long, but they try to move the line as quickly as possible. It doesn't take that long before I order and receive my drink. If you are patient, everything is all well.

    (4)
  • Courtney T.

the workers are so friendly..except why is everything so overpriced? $5.05 for soymilk with matcha powder? Everything seems to be more expensive.

  • A.j. G.

After I stepped out my drink fell and I was pretty sad. I came back to buy the same drink and one of the employees said, "I don't care." But thankfully the other polite barista took care of me and made my drink on the house. Nice woman (dorema) but that guy was not helpful at all.

  • Mj G.

I'm absolutely disappointed in Starbucks been here 3 times this week trying something new the first 2 times. 1. Vanilla macchiato: taste like full coffee no vanilla of any taste 2.blended strawberry lemonade: no lemonade taste more like strawberries and cream 3. My secret drink and they messed the whole drink up! Never coming back again!

    (1)
  • Marie T.

If you get here between 8-9 am, expect a 15-20 minute coffee stop... They try their best but the line is just really long at this hour. The Baristas are really nice people though and I do notice they try to remember your name if you frequent the place. =) This is my neighborhood Starbucks so I'm here frequently. They have a long community table which saves on space and is good for big study groups if needed. Like all Starbucks, the internet SUCKS....Maybe cause it's serviced by AT&T.

    (3)
  • Alyssa B.

This Starbucks is filled with incredibly friendly employees. They can get very busy during the mornings but the line always moves quite quickly and they never seem to loose their cheer! My drinks have always been made perfectly and taste delicious. The employees always remember the names and orders of their regular morning customers which makes me feel like I'm in a small town. It's long and narrow in shape but has both the long Hogwarts table and comfy chairs. Located in a shopping center with Jamba Juice, Chipotle, and Safeway amongst others, it's convenient and right on my way to work!

  • LeDodo A.

Aly is simply the best I knew her from the time she used to work at the one on curtner. Now she is here. I wouldn't mind going just an extra couple miles just to get to this store, mostly because of the friendliness The One star is for the manager named Ryan. Everybody in the store is friendly but him. He is super rude to customers. I saw him using a towel with sanitizer to wipe the counter and then wipe the tongs that touch the food portion (sandwiches and pastries) It's a big no no on health code violation . Know your standards otherwise dont work in food industry , please !

    (1)
  • Bolt L.

So this is the first time I come in here and get treated so rudely..usually they are friendly w/smiles and greeting but today they were all crummy and irrate..the girl on the register seemed to be new so she was goin slow..I politely asked the barista Amber if she could remake my drink...she gave me the ugliest face I've seen in customer service and said" isn't this what you ordered?" The drink tasted bitter as I believe the shots were it pulled on time. She remade my drink and still the same..I didn't not drink it after all and I will not be coming back...so long Starbucks...hello philz...

  • Breanna M.

Every time I come here, this location is a waste of time. All of the people here have attitudes and are lazy. So under par for Starbucks standards! As a former employee who left on my own terms, I know that Starbucks is a say yes policy. If your managers on duty were incapable of properly stocking up for this weeks frap happy hour and you have no more venti cups...and I ask you to put it in a Trenta cup with a flat lid then you should be doing whatever is possible to make up for the mishap already at hand. There are proper plastic cups used for smoothies that can make up for proper measurements for my venti in a Trenta. I am so tired of walking into this location and every barista is lazy! No wonder the managers aren't much of an example here. Poor service, expired shots, and no proper stocking for promotions! This is weak Starbucks! This is why I strictly go to certain locations where there are ppl who actually have standards for themselves and the work they put out. The only reason this location has decent numbers is because of it's location and product! Not the people or how they handle Starbucks products!

    (1)
  • Monica V.

They consistently make terrible drinks at this location. I've tried to order an iced white mocha a couple times, hoping that they would've improved, and every time it tastes horrible. Only redeeming thing is the nice baristas and spacious patio.

    (2)
  • Ashley L.

Since my last review I've come back multiple times because it's in a really convenient location and I can honestly say now that customer service has improved incredibly. Whether it's forced or not they do a good job and I regret my last review.

Since when did Starbucks employees develop such an attitude? I asked if an extra shot meant a triple and the girl gave me so much attitude. Thank you to the manager this morning July 12 for being nice at least.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks and have been coming here for at least 8 years - loved it more than the original Starbucks in Seattle! However, recently, there has been a dramatic change on the quality of drinks and service. Staff always seems like they don't want to be there. They don't have a friendly attitude like the ones in the past who have made my visits there very pleasant. The past 3-4 times I've gone in, my frappuccinos were blended so much, the drinks were so watery and thin which makes them melt super fast. It also seems like they add so much more ice and milk these days, so I can't really even taste the coffee as much. When I asked that my drink be re-made, so that it is less blended and is more thick, the barista was nice about it, but gave me a drink that was just like the first one... The last time I came in, I could tell that the guy at the cashier was not having a great day. But I understand that everyone has those days, so I just let it go. When I got my drink, I told the barista I was looking for the pastry I had ordered - she asked the guy and he said he didn't ring it up. She then proceeded to tell me that he forgot to add it, so I can get back in line IF I wanted. Didn't apologize for the error or anything. Didn't make it seem like she understood that this was an ineffective use of my time since I had already gotten in line the first time around. At this time, the line had gotten so much longer than when I first came in, so of course, I didn't want to get back in line, especially for a mistake I didn't make. Thankfully, the guy acknowledged this - thank you!

This Starbucks deserves a 1 star. I came from a workout. It's not the drinks I'm complaining for, but their customer service is awful. Wasn't greeted with a "hello" and as I ordered my drink, one employee didn't tell me the total of the drink which I think they should do at most places. Don't you think? But besides that, I noted $2.25? and all she added was "mhm" in a flippant manner.

This Starbucks will always remain near and dear to my heart because I spent my college years, and then some, working here. I believe only two of the original partners I worked with are still here, Richard and Sammie. They always make my visit pleasant! They are two of the friendliest people at this location. The other baristas don't seem too thrilled about working here. Starbucks used to hold their partners to high standards for engaging and connecting with their customers, but maybe they've re-prioritized.

    (3)
  • Luke N.

I come here because they're open late Sundays. Customer service is ok. But the drinks made aren't always consistent. I'll give them another try before I go look elsewhere for coffee.

    (3)
  • Amy S.

The worst service amd the worst mocha frappachino ive ever had ever. The server was so rude. My drink does not have mocha and even though I asked for soy it is milk. Thanks for nothing

  • Athena P.

I like Starbucks but this Starbucks sucks. The workers here are slow and can't seem to get the job done right. Starting off with taking orders... A girl behinds the counter asks what can I get you? As I start to order, she turns and started asking her two male coworkers, so what happened? I let them finish up their talk n I ordered. While ordering, I notice she wasn't paying attention, she kept trying to talk to her coworkers.anyways, I told her extra shot. She charged me for it but I didn't get it in my drink. :( thanks for a sleepy day. Won't be coming back to this location.

    (1)
  • Karen D.

Often not clean! The baristas today weren't polite and were very slow. The customers were sooooooo patient in spite of the bad customer service!

  • Richard J.

It's a biker place joint. They named it THE BUCKET not sure who made it up but its sounds awesome! I remember the good old days when I used to come here a lot. The service is great and the place is always improving. The area is near the mall and right next door is In n Out. Summer time is the best time of year to come here. The motorcyclist and car enthusiast comes out at night and day. You will see bike still during this cold season but most of them shows up Sunday morning. Never had a bad experience at this coffee joint so I gave this Sb's a four stars. Don't be scared to talk to them motorcyclist they need friends to talk to and they aren't that cool. hahahah

  • Dave S.

A Sunday visit was challenging; kids staffing the place and no straws or napkins. One very busy bathroom, families coming in from nearby Raging Waters--kind of a hot mess. I would make this is a pit-stop only.

    (2)
  • Peter C.

It sometimes gets crowded to the point where I can't sit down inside to enjoy my cup of Iced White Chocolate Mocha. But most of the time there are available seats. I haven't found another Starbucks that made a Carmel Brûlée that I liked compared to this one. Their baristas have the perfect combination of heat and coffee.

    (4)
  • Joseph L.

Terrible, rude, and unfriendly customer service almost made me take my tip back out of the jar even after giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'll NEVER come back to this SBUX.

    (1)
  • Carol T.

What can I say other than that the staff here is super friendly & always helpful when you ask them for a recommendation. When it's busy, they would usually ask you what kind of drink that you would want and make it before they ring you on the register, which is a good positive note. The only negative thing about this location is probably the parking & sometimes it's busy during the summer afternoon/nights. Other than that, I gotta love this place, because they would ask me if I want whip cream even when I forgot to tell them. Service: 5 stars Drinks: 4 stars Space wise: 3.5 stars

    (4)
  • Crystal V.

Friendly and helpful baristas. They do not make you feel stupid if you ask what is in this and that. The parking sucks but I usually just park far and walk anyways. Great place to come for your pick me up! It does suck when all the bikers are there and I have to wait extra long in line. They have great outdoor seating when it is hot.

    (4)
  • Jessica S.

I hate this Starbucks. I will drive 10 miles down tully and out of my commute to work just to avoid this particular store. Every time I go there, I end up waiting 30 mins or more just to order my coffee. They are always crowded and only one cashier is working the registers. They have enough people to work and keep the lines moving, but they never seem to coordinate together to help the lines move faster. I understand this isn't fast food but they need to expect people are on the go. I really hate bothering to come to this Starbucks.

    (1)
  • Vicky T.

Drive Thru= laziness when I am sick Starbucks= pick me up This place over all both provided me with a pick me up (tea) and I didn't have to get out of my car

Its Starbucks What can u say

    (5)
  • Trung N.

It's a Starbucks. There's not much to really else to add except perhaps that they haven't really done horribly, and the baristas are pretty friendly. I suppose that really does depend on who's actually working at the time.. but on average.. it's what you'd expect. Decent atmosphere and a convenient location.

    (3)
  • Guille D.

Small and people live there, costumers stay there hours. It sucks because every time I want to ready, all seats are taken. MAYBE MAKE A 1 HOUR LIMIT PER DAY!!

    (2)
  • Scott B.

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks. I usually drop by here on my way to work after dropping my son off at school. The staff working here is generally friendly and helpful and the coffee is always good.

    (5)
  • Marco O.

i like like this place!! came in here after dropping my brother off school and on my way inside, i held open the door for an elderly lady even though i was in a rush.. little did i know, she came with 5 people and knew 2 more in line who she let cut (-///) .. chivalry died because of her!! crazy ass cat lady.. i hate you so much! ok, enough with the AM rant! I usually get iced green tea with a splash of strawberry and they get it right every time! I'm glad this starbucks was recently remodeled and the ambience is nice, tables are clean and the staff is more than accommodating.. they have a huge table if group work is on the agenda today and wall outlets are plenty for laptops. Oh, and ready access wifi is available here too! Great place to study if you're allergic to books & nerds at the library or yr allergic to yr parents telling you to do chores.. Lolol! One thing i'd like for them to work on is their pricing.. i get the same drink every day and the price fluctuates from 2.15-3.05 depending on who's ringing me up. I'm not complaining about the price, I'm just asking to be more consistent on pricing:) happy sipping!

    (4)
  • Stephanie L.

I always get exceptional service at this Starbucks. Always greeted with a smile, unlike a lot of other Starbucks. I always ask them for recommendations on what to get depending on what I'm feeling that day. Soy Caramel Macciato Upside Down with extra caramel = YUM YUM YUMMMM I like going here to sip on some coffee and get my work done. I feel so productive and relaxed here. It does get cold though, so bring a sweater!

    (5)
  • Ashlee W.

Evening crew could be more friendlier... :(

    (1)
  • Jimmy N.

What's Good: it's Starbucks. I know there are ways to fck it up, and ways to make it amazing. this one.. is a-ok.. just as the rating it deserves. Nice seating by the waiting area though.. which actually would make it a bit of an inconvenience if anything.. What's Eh: Nothing particularly stood out to me. What's Bad: eh.. can't complain really. Would I Come Back? I think we did two starbucks runs while I was up in SJ.. It's pretty much guaranteed that I will come back solely for the fact that it's an effing starbucks.. Unless I can find another location elsewhere in the area.

    (3)
  • David N.

Great location next to Home Depot plenty of parking and usually not too crowded. Also has a drive thru for those in a rush

    (4)
  • Shel N.

I hate this place because they ALWAYS charge me full price for my usual; black tea sweeten with soy. Most places will charge me as black tea with an add on of soy. However, this place rings me under for their "awake latte" because "by the book" that is what my drink is considered. Instead of being 2.45 it comes out to be 5 bucks. Jerks. Other than that, my drink here is consistent for the most part.

    (3)
  • Mike P.

This is simply my favorite Starbucks to go to... The employees are always super friendly and drinks are always consistent. I've never had a problem w speed, however, when I go here, it's to hangout and have coffee w friends. I love this Starbucks location.

    (5)
  • Jonathan T.

Not all Starbucks are created equally and this one in particular is kind of unique. They have good holiday drinks and the people working are pretty nice but the crowds that hang out around different Starbucks are as different as day and night. The drinks are consistent here so there's no complaint about that. This Starbucks seems a little longer in size and smaller in width than the Starbucks that I'm used to but that's beside the point. If you're looking for a quick drink, you can get it here, but the atmosphere inside and outside is kind of different. Sometimes I see alot of young people inside and at night but I ALWAYS see bikers outside no matter what time of day it is. Not sure why this particular location attracts them but that's pretty cool I guess.

    (3)
  • Sandra G.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. I've been coming here for years and most of the baristas know me and what my favorite drinks are. Friendly, wonderful and helpful staff! Even when they are super busy, you can still expect great service.

starbuck's isn't that great but this one takes the cake. ordered a tall mocha cookie frappucino for my girlfriend and they didn't have the caramel ribbon crunch anymore so the cashier litterally said "we don't have that one anymore. we do have that salted caramel one though". i said okay and it was only $4.45. we asked if she got the other drink and she said no cause i didn't say yes even though i clearly did so had to be rung up twice. girlfriend's drink came out first and continued to wait for the other drink until we finally asked if they were making mine and they didn't even know what i was talking about. the barista asked what i ordered and i told him venti salted caramel frappucino. he gives me some salted caramel mocha frappucino. told him that's not what i ordered and they insisted it was. cashier didn't get our order right and failed to even tell me what drink i was getting other than "we have something like that...". wtf!?

  • Roshan B.

I went here yesterday and ordered a cool lime refresher with no water and 2 pumps of raspberry. The girl who took my order knows me because sometimes I hangout here with friends but I'm pretty sure she wrote the cup right because I am a fellow partner from a different store. Anyway, the girl who made my drink didn't look familiar so I figured she was new. I was watching her make my drink and like I said no water.. She still puts water. It was an easy mistake to make so I just kindly said "excuse me, is that the cool lime refresher with no water?" And I wasn't mad, I just wanted to let her know before handing it off to me. She just gave me this disgusting look but I tried ignoring it. Anyway, she finally handed my drink but didn't even bother saying anything and just slammed my drink on the counter and walked away.. Seriously? Ugh, I even said thank you. Idk if she was having a bad day, but no need to put it out on customers.

I went to grab coffee for my bfs fam before they went to so cal to visit an aunt in the hospital. I was surprised that I was charged a black iced tea latte when I asked for a black ice tea with a splash of soy milk. When I informed Elisa that I worked at sbux for 7 years and just left a month ago, no customer should be charged that much for an iced drink. **Also customers should not be charged for soy if it is less than 4 oz** She let me know that that is the last time she would charge me for a black ice tea and next time it would always be a black tea latte so I asked for her managers name as well the district manager because that is not policy. We were both polite and I will not allow anyone to go against policy and overcharge their customers, what kind of standard is that?! Baristas don't create the rules, they should follow them. Especially one who knows the rules and the "just say yes" rule baristas need to follow. Slow service and stuck up baristas, no thank you.

Dont go to this area a lot since its not near my home, but when I am i definitely stop by. They open pretty early and they work pretty quickly to get your drink in your hands and happy. Definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet place to do some homework.

    (3)
  • Steph C.

Good attentive staff. They just remodeled this store but it looks the same to me. Just new shelves and furniture. The barista station looks more modern but ehhh the same. Sometimes I don't get charged for soy, sometimes I do.. Good location!!

  • Derek F.

I really thought that they had the problem fixed, but to my surprise it has happened many times more. Then I get back to the cycle of asking for 1.5 pumps, well that didn't work, try 1 pump. It's just boggles my mind how difficult it is to get it right. The cashier is pretty much annoyed that I have to keep mentioning that there's too much mocha but hey , there's too much mocha! Then another day when I ask for one shot of mocha, it comes way light!!! The normal 3 would've been just right, and I realized AAAHHH it's a different person making it this time. JESUS CHRIST! It's got me going to the tully and king and bringing back here to chill!! Just to be sure that I got it made right. Maybe it's telling me that I should quit caffeine. I mean $100 bucks in less than a month at Starbucks is kind of alot.

  • Stephanie B.

I've been getting the same drink forever. When you tell me you have to charge for vanilla when I'm only replacing classic syrup WITH vanilla, I will correct you. When you tell me that you're right and "obviously you've never been charged this way". Yes, it's going to piss me off. Excuse me? I KNOW you're not suppose to charge for vanilla. On top of it, you try to tell me you're suppose to charge for my breve too?! It's a freaking Iced coffee with milk. I could just ask for room and put the breve at the condiment bar. Seriously, that girl needs some training all over again. I am not going to pay extra cents for something I shouldn't pay for. Sorry. What happened to the "just say yes" policy that they just e-mailed all you partners a couple months ago. Stop arguing with me and trying to prove your point. You just looked really dumb in the end. Decent place to meet people and study/work. Outlets pretty much everywhere you can find a seat. The staff is pretty nice at this Starbucks, and possibly every Starbucks. The only draws are: 1. The round tables are small for two people with laptops. Find the square tables; they work really well. 2. It's really frikkin' cold in here. It gets colder as the sun goes down. Bring a sweater. 3. It's really frikkin' cold in the bathrooms. Colder than the general lobby area. Bring a parka. I'm not a big coffee/tea/Starbucks customer, but when it comes to going there to do business, it works well.

I don't know what Starbucks some of y'all are going to but this one doesn't have a drive thru. I work next door and the staff is always friendly and actually care about how I'm doing and what's going on in my life. My only problem with this location is they run out of things mad quick. They never seem to be stocked and I have learned that if you don't go in the wee hours of the morning then you won't get a breakfast sandwich or an asiago bagel. I agree completely with how terrible this parking lot is. The spaces are teeny and I am constantly worried that someone isn't paying attention and will hit my car. Just be careful when you are coming in via car.

This place has some awesome service. The drinks always come out good. I like how the place is more roomy than others as well. I always come here with a couple of friends atleast once a week!

I work in this shopping center and I come in here whenever I decide to switch it up from my usually jamba juice order. The employees are always pleasant and nice. Sometime I don't hear them call out my order, but its usually really fast. Plenty of places to sit since it got a remodel and the manager here is so sweet.

ATMOSPHERE: This one's ok. Very few tables. Outdooor seating for those who fancy a cigarette.. and to keep an eye on their motorcycle. .. And those Summer days to just enjoy sitting around..

Came here on a busy Friday morning at 7:30am the line was long but the Barista asked me for my order while I was waiting in line. By the time it was my turn to get rung up, my drink was ready! Talk about customer service. The line moved very quickly. I've been here many times and I have to admit their service is getting better! Thank You, I will try to come by more often if I can wake up early enough. =)

My wife and I have been coming to this Starbucks almost every day since they opened some years back. We've seen a lot of staff come and go but always, the service is great, the smiles are abundant and we can count on one hand the number of times our drinks have been mixed up. I order a double tall SOY latte and have never over the years had a problem with a mix up. My wife orders an extra dry cappuccino that requires a bit more skill on the barrista's part but only rarely is she disappointed. Overall, a nice place, good coffee and a great staff.

Service here is very BAD. I came here Sunday and the barista that helped me was Amanda. She was very rude to me just because I picked up the wrong drink. I was very surprised at their service especially because all the starbucks that I have been provide excellent service!!!

I go here in the mornings and everyone is nice. There are a few Starbucks in the area, but I only go here because I like the staff. I see the crotch rockets hanging out sometimes on the weekends, but they arent roudy.

I just had a hot apple cider here and it was prepared quickly and with a smile. It tasted really good too. The parking situation is pretty bad though. There are a lot of "compact" spaces and well, most people in this parking lot can drive, including myself. I actually exited the wrong way and pissed off three or four different drivers. But I blame it on being scared of all the mini vans that almost hit me, that were being controlled by drivers who were not even noticing me. Of course, they were too busy chatting on their cell phone and sipping their lattes to notice. Fun times.

3 Stars Seriously, there has to be a problem here. How did a Starbucks location not get listed. What can I say about a Starbucks? They're all the same. I guess the only variations are whether the location is a kiosk or not. Other than that, what's the diff? There should be a test for the uber starbucksonians - pull together 6 interior pics of separate locations. If you can name three of the locations, you're a starbucksonian. If you can name four of the locations you're uber status. Name them all, and you're that guy in the record books for having visited every location in Manhattan in one day. Moving on, I guess a way to distinguish locations is by the surroundings. This place is surrounded by nothing buy douchey rat bastards on rice rocket motorcycles every weekend. Makes me wax nostalgic for the days when the Hells Angels would push drugs and rip-up the local roadhouse bar. Not these days brutha. Now the Mild Bunch is sipping lattes under the umbrellas at the local Starbucks. What a collection of tools. Now that I got that out, let me clarify that I dig Starbucks drinks. Like R. Kelly at an elementary school, I'm in heaven with a white chocolate mocha. But I'm firmly within the "I'll take that to GO" crowd - especially at this location. Here's a little secret to avoid the stains outside this store: walk 100 feet across the parking lot and get your coffee from the full service Starbucks inside the Lucky Supermarket at the same overall location. Same coffee, great service, less attitude.

Love starbucks! Their ice'd green tea latte w/ soymilk, skinny vanilla latte and ice teas are my usual.

I love any Starbucks location which has the drive-thru. I'm not the lazy one who don't want to walk inside. I just feel good to seat in the car and listen to the music while waiting for the coffee. I don't mind the wait at all.

Most consistant service I've received as far as beverage quality to date from a Starbucks, friendly staff, kick back location. Nice remodel.

I am addicted to SBux. I swore I wouldn't get addicted, but I did. So yeah, I usually order a Soy Chai, but when its a "Draggin my arse" type of day, I order it with 2 added espresso shots. Order that and consume it on an empty stomach and you'll be unstoppable for about 9 hours. Buhahahh! I've been pit stopping here for quite a while now. So long that I've seen employees come and go. The staff is really friendly and good with remembering your usual drink and snack preferences. I have to say, of all the SBux locations I've been to, this is my favorite.

The best Starbucks only has 4 star coffee. Nice people, as fast as they reasonably could be, early morning crew. Coffee was good. Always too hot of me though...

I don't see too many drive-thru Starbucks. I think that's pretty convenient if your in a hurry and on the go. Service was pretty good and fast. Great customer service, im not big on coffee or anything but they asked me a few questions on my order and they said if it doesnt taste right then come back and get it changed. Good job!

Service is awesome here. The environment is more of a chill and meet location. I wouldn't recommend going here to get any studying done. There are other Starbucks that would be better suited. This is the closest location to my house, but sadly they don't open late.

The boppers that hang out at this starbucks 24/7 are starting to get on my nerves... there is seriously no reason to be mugging me from my car to the front door. But you know what, I'm over it. It's not about them... It's about the skinny tall dark haired employee with that fail of an asymmetrical haircut. She needs an attitude check badly. Also, the blonde haired employee needs to read her manual again and memorize starbuck's "Just Say Yes" policy which means the customer can pretty much get whatever he or she asks for. Just don't take advantage of it.
